The 12-week programme of support and training enables you to learn why we and those around us behave in specific ways. You will learn why you respond negatively in certain situations and how to change your behaviour and engage with colleagues, customers, loved ones and friends in a more effective, clear, calm and concise way. You will learn how to protect your boundaries, why you and those around you behave impulsively and negatively and how to support your friends and family without becoming overwhelmed and depleted yourself. If you have experienced anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm and would benefit from improving your health, lifestyle habits, and building your resilience, this weekly one to one session (currently online for covid safety) with an experienced and supportive therapist is for you.
